Hmmm how much could I sue a bank for?

And I guess the most retarded/amazing/ridiculous/frivolous/boneheaded news out today is about a douchebag gentlemen in the USA currently attempting to sue the BANK OF AMERICA (A financial powerhouse...hasn't he seen The International?) for...ready...$1784 BILLION TRILLION dollars (which is 30% of what the world, yes thats right...the world...made last year)....a number so large, it would make Dr. Evil jizzm

I can't even imagine the repercussions of him winning his case (heaven forbid)...that would seriously just ruin the world...literally the world cannot afford to pay this dipshit...

He is straight selfish - and thats the nicest way of saying it.

I mean, what is he going to do with $1784,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (I think the number of zero's there is correct)...??? especially if he dies the day after he gets the money?...

Because as sure as I'm going to wake up tomorrow morning, that will happen, unless of course he buys NASA and gets them to fly him to Cybertron...but secretly they will rig the ship with explosives, and oops that was an accident....it's either that or the Transformers will pay him a visit and squash him as they will be upset that GM won't be able to make them any more sexy cars to transform into... =[

I think the easiest way out of this predicament is for the Bank of America to hire a Hitman (and no not the pest controller)...I mean shit, it'll be a hell of a lot cheaper...$1783 billion trillion cheaper (est. value of good Hitman $1,000,000)

I think the worst part of this case is that he is suing over bad service...

That in itself is not the worst part (just one part), the worst part is that (and this is how I understand it) if he wins this case would most likely become a precedent for other cases.

Meaning other people can than sue for ridiculous amounts of cash for a similar reason.

Any judge who values their life with half a brain will throw this case out in a heartbeat...or at least manipulate the legal system, as per usual, to ensure that this nutcase does not win.

What would be funny is that, when he doesn't win, the court orders HIM to pay $1784 Billion Trillion dollars for wasting the courts time, and:

1. He kicks up a stink because its so much money and nobody has that much money and he can't pay
2. No bank will lend him the money and he has to go the Bank of America for a loan...

I guess this makes me want a billion gazillion dollars too, have you ever tried to ring Optus to sort out a phone bill??
